United True Care Janitorial Services began with Ethel Watkins' vision: a working program providing second chances for adults. Ethel's journey through college, cleaning homes and gas stations to support her family, fueled her passion. In 1995, she launched I AM Ministries, a 501(c)(3) organization aiding ex-offenders and needy families. Now, UTCJS continues this mission, offering employment while donating 5% of its earnings to I AM Ministries, supporting those in need.
